Hello! My name is Tiffany Rice and I am the owner and operator of Cupcake Artistry.

I began my adult life as an Art Teacher in 2010.  In the spring of 2015, I baked a few dozen cupcakes for a baby shower at school, which were met with rave reviews.  I subsequently baked several times a year for friends and coworkers, as requested, for their celebrations.  In May of 2020, I baked a couple of batches of cupcakes for a few nurse friends during the COVID-19 lockdown.  This led to an order for several hundred cupcakes, and Cupcake Artistry was born.

After a successful year of baking as a side gig, I knew I had found my passion.  I truly love baking for my customers and find so much joy in learning and perfecting this new craft.  I am able to use my creative gifts in a new form and spread joy while doing it.  In July, 2021, I made the difficult decision to leave teaching and pursue baking full time.  While I miss the classroom and my teacher friends, I couldn't be happier with this decision.  I'm so excited for this journey!  I now have two employees, Emma and Olivia who help bring joy to customers through cupcakes!

I live in Holmen with my incredibly supportive husband, Nick, and our furry children, Bonnie and Bodie.  Nick doesn't help much in the kitchen anymore, but runs errands and loads the car with very little complaining. Bonnie (thankfully) wants nothing to do with the cupcakes, but Bodie sneaks a cupcake snack every now and again!  I'm thankful to have them all by my side supporting this adventure!
